Glasgow-based C Duncan weaves threads of his classically trained
background with modern indie-folk to create an intricate, transcendent
sound. His debut album Architect, which he built all on his own in the solitude of his bedroom, was released in October 2015. In the new video for “Say,”
C Duncan visualizes unraveling from his past, shedding who he was to
feel free again. Set in a beautiful, open scene of a serene lake
surrounded by lavish mountains, the video captures the grandeur of the
song’s gentle, airy harmonies and a complex arrangement. The light,
rhythmic breeze of “Say” has the power to whisk you away to the video’s
lush scene, leaving you feeling refreshed and new. Helen Plumb directs;
