I wondered “How is he going to handle Nancy Callahan?” With a clip from The Great Mouse Detective, which was rather clever. Disney movies now seem to be a bit risqué.

Marvel Los Vengadores Teaser Trailer Oficial Español |HD
A look ahead to the highly-anticipated ultimate superhero film, The Avengers.
David Fincher’s The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is one of the most highly anticipated films of the year, based on the incredibly popular first in the trilogy of novels by the late Stieg Larsson.
Because of the novels’ popularity, and the fact that there’s already been a Swedish adaptation of them, the film is one likely to be somewhat divisive among audiences, but I personally can’t wait to see it.
We got a first look at a trailer for the film back in June this year, and it was pretty fantastic. And now, courtesy of MSN we’ve got a brilliant extended trailer to share with you. Clocking in at 3:45 in length, it gives us a much longer and more detailed look at the film and what we can expect from it. And it’s definitely promising stuff.
I must confess that I’m still yet to read the novels or see the original film trilogy, but I’m a big fan of all of Fincher’s work, and I cannot wait to see what he brings us following the success of The Social Network. Daniel Craig, Rooney Mara, and Stellan Skarsgård all look fantastic in this, and Oscar-winning Steven Zaillian looks to have penned a brilliant script. The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is released here on 26th December this year, a date that can’t come soon enough.
Another internet supercut. 172 movies in under four minutes. Click the 'cc' closed captioning button in the lower right corner of the video to see the movie titles.
“Murderer”, the new song from airy R&B auteur The-Dream, is a breathy Auto-Tuned reverie, and it doesn’t sound the slightest bit violent, title notwithstanding. The song shows up in Colombiana, the new movie where Zoe Saldana does a whole lot of gun-pointing, and the track’s video doubles as a Colombiana trailer. It even has the green preview screen at the beginning and everything. And even though the song doesn’t come close to fitting the images onscreen, it sort of works; I am going to watch the living shit out of Colombiana.
A new Cowboys & Aliens trailer has ridden into town and is now getting drunk and shooting up the bar.
Cowboys & Aliens is directed by the co-star of Couples Retreat, Jon Favreau. It stars Daniel Craig (Lara Croft: Tomb Raider), Harrison Ford (Star Wars Holiday Special), Olivia Wilde (Tron: Evolution Video Game), and Sam Rockwell (1990′s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles).
Watch the third trailer for Sucker Punch, in theaters March 25, 2011.
With ‘Sucker Punch’ almost imminent, a new trailer has just been released. If you’re looking forward to the film, then it isn’t going to taper your enthusiasm. Likewise, if you think ‘Sucker Punch’ looks a juvenile pile of hokum, then it certainly won’t sway you to think otherwise. Me, I’m trying to keep an open mind. I’m not a fan of director Zach Snyder’s previous work but there were a few moments in ‘Watchmen’ which suggested there might be a real filmmaker in him somewhere; behind all the slo-mo and muscles.
This new Thor trailer reveals a ton about the movie and introduces us to a large number of the characters including Natalie Portman's character by the name of Jane Foster. Thor is from Marvel studios.
Thor stars Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Rene Russo, Stellan Skarsgard, Jaimie Alexander, Kat Dennings, Ray Stevenson, Josh Dallas, Tadanobu Asano, Idris Elba, Clark Gregg, Colm Feore
Transformers 3 stars Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, John Malkovich, Patrick Dempsey, Ken Jeong, John Turturro, Frances McDormand, Peter Cullen, and Tyrese Gibson
A French illusionist finds himself out of work and travels to Scotland, where he meets a young woman. Their ensuing adventure changes both their lives forever.
The second teaser for Iron Sky - the upcoming scifi comedy from the creators of Star Wreck. The teaser contains footage you will see in the finished film.
The film Iron Sky has been in development for years. It’s a Finnish-German-Australian sci-fi parody involving Nazis -a premise that cannot fail!
Towards the end of World War II the Nazi scientists made a significant breakthrough in anti-gravity. From a secret base built in the Antarctic, the first Nazi spaceships were launched in late ‘45 to found the military base Schwarze Sonne (Black Sun) on the dark side of the Moon. This base was to build a powerful invasion fleet and return to take over the Earth once the time was right.
Now it’s 2018, and it’s the time for the first American Moon landing since the 70’s. Meanwhile the Nazi invasion, that has been over 70 years in the making, is on its way, and the world is goose-stepping towards its doom.
Filming is going on now in Germany and the process is documented for you to follow.
Cast: Olivia Wilde, Harrison Ford, Daniel Craig, Sam Rockwell Director: Jon Favreau 1873. Arizona Territory. A stranger (Craig) with no memory of his past stumbles into the hard desert town of Absolution. The only hint to his history is a mysterious shackle that encircles one wrist. What he discovers is that the people of Absolution don’t welcome strangers, and nobody makes a move on its streets unless ordered to do so by the iron-fisted Colonel Dolarhyde (Ford). It’s a town that lives in fear.
But Absolution is about to experience fear it can scarcely comprehend as the desolate city is attacked by marauders from the sky. Screaming down with breathtaking velocity and blinding lights to abduct the helpless one by one, these monsters challenge everything the residents have ever known.
Now, the stranger they rejected is their only hope for salvation. As this gunslinger slowly starts to remember who he is and where he’s been, he realizes he holds a secret that could give the town a fighting chance against the alien force. With the help of the elusive traveler Ella (Olivia Wilde), he pulls together a posse comprised of former opponents—townsfolk, Dolarhyde and his boys, outlaws and Apache warriors—all in danger of annihilation. United against a common enemy, they will prepare for an epic showdown for survival.
The new trailer for Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch has arrived!
Damn. Okay, so the basic story is that a girl in a mental hospital escapes from reality to deal with her problems. That the girl imagines all of what you saw in that trailer (if that is indeed the case) makes less than no sense considering that this is set in the 1950s and her dreams appear to be those of a 14 year old boy from the 21st Century. But who cares? I wasn’t THAT sold on this movie prior to this trailer, but guess what? This trailer had a robot being sliced in half with what appears to be a katana. So that’s me officially on board.
Sucker Punch stars Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens, Abbie Cornish, Carla Gugino and Jon Hamm. Chances are Christopher Nolan got a look at this movie before handing the next Superman movie over to Snyder, which is a pretty good sign. What do you think?
By the way, if you like what you see you may want to check out the trailer for The Warrior’s Way, It seems to be shooting for a similar vibe:
