Elliot Moss is a 21-year-old synth-folker from New York, whose debut album, Highspeeds, builds off the foundation of Bon Iver’s For Emma, Forever Ago and skates off into the future. “Best Light” is the last track on the album, and today we’re premiering the flickering, shadowy video that accompanies it. Instead of opting for maximum brightness, Moss reels things in, appearing in bursts and blips throughout the clip’s mostly dark mood.
