Doldrums - “Loops” (Official Video)

Just yesterday, the Canadian producer Doldrums released his new album The Air-Conditioned Nightmare. Today, he’s shared his new video for the hard-glinting single “Loops.” Director Lily X‘s clip seems to tell the story of a bald man who awakens from a deep slumber with visions of a pretty lady in his head. It’s hard to tell, though, since the video welds colorful, psychedelic spazziness to broad, mime-style silent-movie visuals. It’s a beguiling and strange piece of work.
