Arkansas doom four-piece Pallbearer are nearing the end of their second tour for last year’s incredible Foundations Of Burden. They’ve rightly gotten a huge amount of mileage out of that behemoth, and they are not quite done with it yet. Today, the band dropped a video for the nearly 11-minute epic “Watcher In The Dark.” A mysterious white-cloaked figure stalks through gorgeous landscapes that recall Tolkien’s Middle Earth as the band interjects with a gripping performance shrouded in darkness, and entrancing fractal patterns move with the highly rhythmic power chords.
