I was pulled into the mesmerizing, wide-eyed experimental pop of Jaakko Eino Kalevi from the initial moments of “Double Talk.” We premiered the track back in March, along with details for the Finnish musician’s new self-titled album Jaakko Eino Kalevi, and today he’s shared the video for another track called “Deeper Shadows.” It plays out like the pristine, art-school counterpart to Miley Cyrus’ “We Can’t Stop” video, as hordes of detached, long-haired babes party and pose their way through the song’s funhouse mirror transitions.
