Nothing - “Something In The Way” (Nirvana Cover) Video (NSFW)

Philadelphia’s Nothing released their cover of Nirvana’s “Something In The Way” on a compilation covers album called Whatever Nevermind. The record mimics Nervermind’s tracklist, with a different band covering each of the seminal album’s songs. While Nothing’s cover doesn’t stray far from the original, it does heighten the melancholic lyrics by including a plodding piano in its inaugural moments. Kevin Haus directed the accompanying video, which navigates a fragmented narrative about a woman in search of something. What it is, we can’t be sure of.
