Curren$y - “Cars” (Official Video)

Only a few weeks after releasing his Pilot Talk III album, the New Orleans rapper Curren$y has already followed it up with Even More Saturday Night Car Tunes, a new EP of dazed and foggy tracks. One of those songs is an ethereal drift called “Cars.” And in the new video, director CJ Wallis rapturously films lowriders and the streetlights that reflect off of them. As with a lot of Curren$y videos, watching it is a laid-back, mellow experience.
