Ducktails - “Surreal Exposure” Video (Feat. Mac DeMarco)

Yesterday we saw a preview of Ducktails’ “Surreal Exposure” video, which features project mastermind Matthew Mondanile goofing around with goofing expert Mac DeMarco. Now, less than 24 hours later, director Richard Law’s final cut is upon us. The extremely loose concept is that Mondanile shows up at DeMarco’s house to hang out, at which point exploits ensue. The most memorable of them is either when DeMarco slams Mondanile’s head into a cactus and proceeds to hump him with it or when a clothed Mondanile joins DeMarco in the shower. It’s lighthearted tomfoolery befitting the song’s easygoing pop sounds.
