All of Diet Cig’s songs feel born out of a lot of frustration. They make you want to punch a wall, they make you want to thrash around, they make you want to … arm wrestle? That’s what Alex Luciano does in the New Paltz duo’s new video for “Dinner Date,” taking out all of her aggression on a bunch of weaklings and kicking ass every time. She has a black eye, a backwards hat, sings straight into the camera and never breaks her stare. It’s a great video, directed by Christopher Daly and Alex Antiuk
