Beauty Pill - “Dog With Rabbit In Mouth Unharmed” (Official Video)

The D.C. pop experimenters Beauty Pill just came back with Beauty Pill Describe Things As They Are, their first album in 11 years and their first since frontman Chad Clark overcame a life-threatening illness. There’s a lot to like about the album, especially the deconstructed Lungfish cover that ends it. And first single “Dog With Rabbit In Mouth Unharmed” is a lovely piece of elliptical songwriting. In director Jeff Sheven‘s new video for the song, the camera orbits a murky, blurry image of Jean Cook, the band member who sang the song.
