Tinashe - “Bated Breath” (Official Video)

Last year, the L.A. R&B singer made her official debut with Aquarius, a droning, wispy knockout of an album. And even though her label isn’t putting up the money for videos from the album anymore, she’s still making them. Tinashe just shared a new clip for the sprawling, sighing “Bated Breath.” She and videographer Stephen Garnett made it themselves, filming it out in the Mojave desert. In the clip, Tinahse plays a pilot who crash-lands in the middle of nowhere and can’t find her bearings in the alien-looking landscape.
