Arcade Fire’s latest localized tribute cover went down last night at the Santa Barbara Bowl. Dead Kennedys’ “California Über Alles” was the song of choice, despite the fact that Jello Biafra and company hailed from San Francisco, five hours north of Santa Barbara.
