TOPS - “Outside” (Official Video)

The Montreal quartet TOPS specialize in a sort of homespun take on glittering studio pop. Similarly, their new video for “Outside” works as a DIY version of an ’80s music video. The whole video consists of frontwoman Jane Penny giving a heartfelt, choreographed performance in a neon-lit dance studio. Director Fantavious Fritz films Penny in split-screen and makes her look crazy glamorous.
