Little Dragon - “Underbart” (Official Video)

Back in May, the Swedish electropop quartet Little Dragon released their fourth album, Nabuma Rubberband. Today they share a video for album track “Underbart,” one of the new record’s most memorable songs. Directed by Grant Singer (whose visual representations of music are known for being dually mesmerizing and unwittingly perturbing — for example: Ariel Pink’s “Picture Me Gone” video), the clip for “Underbart” navigates what appears to be the dark memories and flashbacks of the Little Dragon frontwoman Yukimi Nagano. A stoic Don Bolles, the drummer from the classic LA punk band the Germs, follows Nagano through her thoughts and visions, clad in a David-Bowie-meets-Dr.-Seuss ensemble.
