Back in June, we shared Hundred Waters’ video for “Out Alee,”
a collection of footage gathered in the remote desert town of
Arcosanti, AZ, at the band’s album-release party. Apparently that wasn’t
the official video, though — but this is. The Michael Langan-directed
video for “Out Alee” takes place in the exact opposite of a dry desert:
the vast ocean. The new setting is more fitting, though: The trickling
instrumentation (achieved by way of a looped harp and delicate piano
playing) and gentle vocals evoke a feeling of being blissfully submerged
beneath the water, completely at peace while waves crash overhead at
the surface.
