Shugo Tokumaru – “Katachi”

The video for “Katachi,” an orchestral psychedelic song from the Japanese avant-popper Shugo Tokumaru, is a delightfully hypnotic thing, entirely stop-motion animated with cut-out paper shapes. The video adds another cut-out to its ever-shifting kaleidoscopic landscape every split-second, which means somebody put a lot of work into it.
